ADB Earmarks US$5 Billion for Indonesia’s Clean Energy

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has allocated an asistance fund of US$5 billion for the development of renewable energy programs in Indonesia.

“The money is huge for us, but it’s too small for Indonesia,” ADB country director for Indonesia Steven Tabor said in Jakarta on Thursday, Oct 8, 2015.

According to Tabor, Indonesia has a huge potential in renewable energy and needs constant innovations to harness the potential.
