Indonesia’s PT Pertamina plans USD-432m geothermal investment – report

Indonesia’s PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy intends to build eight geothermal plants across the country, channelling USD 432 million (EUR 373m) into the project, the Investor Daily said Monday.

The geothermal developer expects to switch on a 35-MW facility in July, the newspaper said, citing the firm’s CEO Rony Gunawan as saying. Details about the other seven geothermal stations were not provided.
